What is CashBack from eBay?
The AuctionShadow CashBack program puts money in your pocket by
refunding a portion of every eBay auction purchase. The amount varies,
but it may be enough to pay for the shipping or the bidding service you
use to win on eBay (or other charges you encounter when buying on eBay).
Earn up to 2% of the winning bid amount. Some eBay categories pay more,
some less, so this is an approximate, but it amounts to more cash in
your pocket.

Then, before you shop ebay either click the "Shop eBay Now" link on the cashback page after you login, or simply use our search and advanced search options to do your shopping on ebay

Keep track of your earnings on your CashBack page. Monthly payouts are
sent to your Paypal account when your account balance reaches $25 or more for the previous month.
